Learn the world map, one leaf at a time
Six quiz modes on one atlas: tap the country, name the shaded one, pair capitals and flags, weigh two countries against each other, or fill in a whole region from memory while the clock runs. Each quiz runs in the browser and remembers where you stopped.

Six ways to play
Every mode works for the whole world and for each region, on three levels.
Pin the country
A country is named; put your finger on it. A miss shows how far off you were.
Which country is shaded?
One country is shaded on the map. Which of the four names is it?
Capital pairs
Match each country with its capital city, one way round or the other, four choices per question.
Flag spotting
Name the country of a flag, or pick the right flag of four.
On the scales
Put two countries on the scales: more people, or more land?
Fill the map
Type a region’s countries from memory and watch the map fill in.
Pick a region
Continents zoom the map in. The size-based selections use the whole world map.
A page for every country
194 countries, each with its capital, neighbours on the map, population and area, a small map and two short quizzes.
How a round works
- A round has ten questions. Answer quickly for up to 50 extra points per question.
- A hint narrows things down but halves the points for that question.
- Mistakes are listed at the end with the right answer, so the next round goes better.
- Leave in the middle and the round waits for you on this device.
